    List and brief description of conditions:

    It will be a condition of award of the Framework Agreement that the Contractor has the appropriate licences in place. Link to The City of Edinburgh Council Transport Licence page:

    All vehicles will be appropriately maintained and clean and tidy. Drivers will conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times whilst delivering services and drive within the requirements of all relevant legislation in particular the Road Traffic Act 1988 (The Road Traffic Act 1988 (Prescribed Limit) (Scotland) Regulations 2014) and The Highway Code, and within the City of Edinburgh Council Taxi Licensing Conditions.

Review procedure

The bringing of court proceedings against the Authority after the Framework Agreement has been entered into will not affect the Framework Agreement unless grounds for the imposition of special penalties under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 can be established. Otherwise the remedies that may be awarded by the courts where the Framework Agreement has been entered into are limited to the award of damages.
