Coverage: 15 active published awards; 13 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
NHS Blood and Transplant wishes to engage with the market to gain insight into appointing an expert supplier to partner with us on Project 3 of our Forward Together Programme. Therefore, we are looking to hold a market engagement event on Friday 17th November starting at 10 am. If this is something you would be interested in, please complete this form https://forms.office.com/e/StfKbQG6JG

Project 3 aims to drive cultural change through organisation development interventions. We need a supplier who can identify our deeper needs, design, and deliver a comprehensive organisation-wide learning and development solution, and provide strategies and tools to practice and embed intentionally inclusive and anti-racist behaviours across our organisation.
The solution needs to include topics such as anti-racism, racial equity, social justice, civility, cultural intelligence, and active bystander and inclusion as a minimum. However, we are open to exploring what else should be on this topic list to ensure we can deliver the programme outcomes outlined below.
Our Vision for NHSBT is an organisation that is intentionally inclusive and anti-racist, placing its people at the heart of all activities.
We will know we have succeeded when:
• Our people have a greater understanding of race equity, and the ability to practically apply these understandings at individual, team, and directorate levels.
• All our people have equitable access to career opportunities: through intentionally inclusive recruitment progression and development.
• Colleagues are not disadvantaged by their characteristics.
• We provide fair, compassionate, and equitable treatment for all our people when things do not go right.
• We have the mechanisms in place to learn and exceed the minimum to be compliant with the Equality Act.
