Egton Medical Information Systems Ltd (Optum) is the sole owner of all Intellectual Property Rights, including copyright, in the Symphony system and associated software, and does not license or permit third-party providers to access, support, or modify the system or its underlying data.

As the system is proprietary and integral to existing operations, no alternative supplier has the legal or technical capability to deliver the required services without infringing these rights.
