What is being bought
The Student Records System is a core and vital component of University Business. The current system, SITS from Tribal, has been in place for many years now and we wish to renew the contract purely for support and Maintenance of the existing service to ensure the University receives the latest updates from Tribal for this service and are fully supported if there’s any technical issues with this core service.
