The purpose of the Service is to provide children and young people aged 0 – 25 years with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and their parents/carers with free impartial information, advice and support about matters relating to SEND including information on matters relating to education, health and social care as defined in the SEND Code of Practice.
