Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 974 active published awards; 798 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

SNBTS TCAT require a digital PCR machine for the development of QA/QC release assays with as high a sensitivity as possible. The expectation from ATMP regulators is that all manufacturers should be ensuring that their product release assays offer the highest standards of safety for the end user, and that the gold standard of testing is utilised. Access to digital PCR will ensure SNBTS are prospectively placed for producing assays of the highest sensitivity and specificity for the release criteria of future ATMP products.
