What is being bought
The Council seeks to provide a range of placements to meet the needs of young people aged 16-17 who are Looked After or Care Leavers, including UASC and some who need to stay in their placements beyond the age of 18. The placements must meet the range of needs within this cohort, therefore the tender is in three lots.Lot 1 Placements with 24/7 staffingLot 2 Placements with floating support and on call support availableLot 3 PACE placements We plan to publish this tender week commencing 17th May. Ahead of this, we are holding a Market Engagement Event at 13:00 on Tuesday 11th May 2021 on Microsoft Teams. This will provide bidders an opportunity to hear more about our plans and timescales for the new DPS and ask any questions they may have.If you wish to attend please email victoria.hilliard@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk and a meeting invitation will be sent to you accordingly.
