Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), an executive agency of the Department for Transport (DfT), invites proposals for the following requirement that will be met by a multi-supplier contract. The contracts will be subject to the terms of the specification for the Provision of Prosecution and Legal Services, and will be for an initial term of 4 (four) years. DVSA are responsible for carrying out various enforcement functions on a number of different schemes relating to road safety. As a result of this activity, various types of offences are detected by DVSA Examiners and Investigators which may justify prosecution action through the court system. Once a decision has been taken to prosecute, the case papers are passed over to the DVSA Prosecution and Legal Services team (“PLS”), based in Bristol. PLS is responsible for progressing cases through the courts; dealing with all matters including the laying of information, adjournments, conclusion of the case and reporting back to the DVSA Network customer. DVSA has issued this procurement opportunity via the Department for Transport's (DfT) sourcing portal, Jaggaer. To read the ITT documentation, and submit a response or bid, you will need to be registered as a supplier on Jaggaer, using the following link: https://dft.app.jaggaer.com.
