- 14no 3 Person 2 Bed apartments
- 2no 3 person 2 bed wheelchair apartments
- 4no 2 person 1 bed apartments The scheme has been programmed to commence within the 2024/25 financial year and is included within the Social Housing Development Programme for this period. Planning Permission (Ref: LA04/2023/2709/F) was granted on 15th November 2024
