Published requirement descriptionThe Association wishes to appoint a main contractor to undertake remodelling works at 29 Errigal Road, Dungannon to provide the following:
1 no. 17 person 8 bedroom house
The scheme has been programmed to commence within the 2025/26 financial year and is included within the Social Housing Development Programme for this period. The Association has identified the property as suitable housing for a family nominated by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Works will entail remodelling the existing 5 bedroom property to create an 8 bedroom property, the feasibility of which has been assessed by a qualified Building Surveyor.

Lot awarding rule: Standard PSQ, including core supplier information, financial capacity and technical criteria; applicants will also be asked to confirm whether they are deemed as excludable or excluded suppliers as per the HM Government debarment list. Successful shortlisted applicants will complete the second stage ITT documentation and the contract will be awarded on the basis of Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) with the main award criteria being the lowest acceptable price (LAP).
