Published requirement descriptionChoice Housing Ireland Limited invites tenders from a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a Strategic review of each of our NI subsidiaries, namely Choice Services, Maple and May Limited and Maple and May Homes Limited. The review will encompass consideration of the achievements of each subsidiary against initial plans and expectations; assessment of the current position of each subsidiary taking into consideration both internal and external factors, determining a range of appropriate options for future direction, recommendations for future strategic imperatives of each subsidiary to cover the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026 and presentation of a final report encompassing agreed plans for each subsidiary going forward.
