Prior Information Notice - Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) and Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Service Provision at 10 Airports

HIAL requires the provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services in the Critical Part of the airside zone at Benbecula, Campbeltown, Dundee, Inverness, Islay, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Sumburgh, Tiree and Wick John O’Groats airports. The provision of a customer focused, professionally managed, high-quality service is required for the duration of the contract term. The overall purpose of the contract is to achieve the operational performance and customer satisfaction required, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and mandatory legislation. The Services covered under the scope include: - Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of all Aeronautical Ground Lighting and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) within the Critical Part of the airside area of each aerodrome; - Routine reporting on asset maintenance and condition to inform the Asset Replacement Plan; - Remedial works arising from the PPM or as instructed by HIAL; - Minor and Project works as instructed by HIAL up to a value of GBP250k.
