- Change This notice is a correction of Publication reference: 2021/S 000-004852 which was published on 10th March 2021, but which contained an error in the duration and also the overall value., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: a. HML has unique knowledge of the individual cases that will be in scope for the SMA McCloud Work. b. HML has extensive existing knowledge of the various pension scheme rules and CO contacts. c. The time and resources required to replicate this knowledge in another provider so that they were able to carry out the SMA McCloud Work would significantly delay the delivery of the work. d. Such delays are undesirable given the sensitive nature of ill health retirement cases, and the vulnerability of the members involved.
