The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 6th October 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Any written representations to the Council must be submitted to [email protected] by the end of the Standstill Period. The award has been approved by the Executive Director of Children and Young People's Services, Suffolk County Council following a robust evaluation process undertaken by the CYP commissioning team and a Procurement Business Partner. In line with Suffolk County Council's Code of Conduct, employees must declare in writing any personal or financial interests, which could reasonably be considered to conflict with the Council's interests. In addition, we also have a Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Declaration Form, which is specific to individual procurements. The CYP commissioning lead and the Procurement Business Partner were asked to complete and return these. No conflicts or potential conflicts of interest were identified. The key award criteria were weighted as follows: - Quality and Innovation 25% - Value 20% - Integration, collaboration and service sustainability 20% - Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 20% - Social Value 15%. We are of the view that the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract to a sufficient standard. We have confirmed this by assessing the performance of the provider against key performance indicators and by taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria. We are also of the view that the existing provider will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria.
