The aim of the Advocacy Support service is to support and maximise opportunities that will enable Children in Care and care experienced Young People to represent their views, wishes and feelings in care planning and decision making and to support, empower and protect their rights. The purpose of this PIN is to raise awareness of an upcoming procurement and gauge the level of interest in the provision of such services. The PIN is also intended to make potential Providers aware, in advance of the publication of the tender, key service requirements and the introduction of Northern Ireland Procurement Policy Notes (PPN) relating to Social Value and Human Rights that will be included in any future Tender. The Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) will be conducting the procurement process including this pre-tender market engagement process on behalf of the SPPG.
