Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
BACKGROUND TO THE AUTHORITY The NCA ("The Authority") leads the UK's fight to cut serious and organised crime, protecting the public by targeting and pursuing those criminals who pose greatest risk to the UK. To enable The Authority to achieve this aim, one of its strategic goals is to transform our digital capabilities to keep up the pace with the ever emerging threats and align with future challenges. The Authority is looking to invest in a programme to develop modernised data capabilities that enhance the NCA's ability to act confidently on what data tells the Agency and modernising applications to meet current and future business needs. BACKGROUND TO THE REQUIREMENT Due to the critical nature of the NCA's current Case Management System (CMS) and the forecasted investment over the coming years, a strategic review of the system is taking place. The review will test whether investment in development to the existing system or investment in other comparable or newer products in the marketplace to meet our current and future requirements represents greater value for money. This engagement will; at this stage therefore only seek to inform decisions on the future strategic direction for Case and Intelligence Management investment. This engagement will not conclude with any procurement commitments from the NCA.
