- Delivery of training sessions, The supplier will report the number of sessions delivered to each ICB to NHSE on a bi-weekly basis. We anticipate that multiple sessions will be delivered in each ICB. Should the supplier fail to deliver up to 30% of schedules sessions in an ICB, they will be required to submit an improvement plan to NHSE.
- Number of training delegates attending the training, The supplier will report the number of trainees attending the sessions to NHSE on a bi-weekly basis. The supplier should aim to achieve at least 4 ICB staff attending per session; if the number is anticipated to fall short they should contact NHSE and agree mitigating actions in advance of the session.
- Number of follow up conversations/instances of support provided to training delegates, The supplier will report the number of follow up conversations/instances of support provided to NHSE on a bi-weekly basis
- Learner Satisfaction, Average learner satisfaction score from post-training surveys (scale 1–5 where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent). Minimum average score of 4.0 (10% tolerance)
