The purpose of the proposed contract is to provide planned maintenance construction services to the Westward Housing Group property portfolio.
Core work areas will include and are not limited to:

- External masonry repairs
- Roof repairs
- Rainwater goods renewal
- All other planned maintenance tasks as are required.
The tender is divided into five Lots by geographical areas. A direct award will be made to one contractor for each area (lot) with no limit on the number of lots submitted that can be won.

Lot 2 Mid & East Cornwall and Plymouth (all PL postcodes)
Lot 3 South Devon (all TQ postcodes)
