Coverage: 106 active published awards; 105 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Having agreed to establish a member/officer working group, the Council are seeking to identify specialist expertise in the transport sector with specific emphasis on parking, enforcement, technology and community. Current Policies arrangements (On and Off-street Parking) 2. Benchmarking and Best Practices (including public survey responses) 3. Financial Implications 4. Governance and Funding (Income allocation and criteria/Aggregation) 5. Mobile Home and Camper Van Provision 6. Digital Innovation 7. Risk & Mitigations 8. Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) 9.
