Coverage: 280 active published awards; 276 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The total weekly care requirement is estimated to be in the region of 44 hours average per week based on the pattern set out in the table in the attached document with an additional 130 hours to be used flexibly per annum during the school holidays. This table shows the pattern and staffing required during term time. Staffing ratio 2 to 1 is required. The Council would be interested to hear from Providers who could deliver parts of the service, or work with other Providers to propose solutions to the full care plan. Additional information: A Providers Event will be held in October or November online to give providers the opportunity to meet with key Council staff to discuss the requirement.
