Coverage: 149 active published awards; 144 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Rutland County Council and the
Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicestershire are jointly re-commissioning domestic and
sexual violence and abuse (DSVA) services across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
(LLR). We are commissioning a system of provision (the Service System) rather than a single
service. As part of this DSVA re-commissioning exercise, Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention Service. This service
is initially only for Leicester City Council, but the successful Supplier will be appointed to a
Framework Agreement which will be open for use by all of the partners named above.
Leicester City Council provides no guarantees of any work from any other partners.
