Why no open competition: The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the directive
Published justification: Due to the number of patients within the 65 week patient cohort within the pain management, we require Mutual Aid with the Walton Centre for urgent pain management capacity to ensure patients do not breach 65 weeks.
