Effective communication: • Appropriate response time for high priority calls and emergency requests. Ensuring the service is delivered within the service specification and response times stipulated. • Clear communication and feedback is necessary to ensure monitoring and proactive identification of issues to boost effectiveness. • Service provider’s responsible staff must be contactable, responsive, and sensitive to the clients’ needs. Costing and invoicing: • The cost-of-service delivery must remain within the budget-The contractor shall work effectively with the Employer to maintain costs at an acceptable level. • Monthly submission of accurate invoicing and forecast variance within 10% of budget.
