Published justification: The Direct Award contract will focus technology trials on the challenges facing small rural sites. A collaborative “Innovation Hub” is being established between the University of Portsmouth and Southern Water at the University Environmental Technology Field Station (ETFS) on land rented from Southern water at Petersfield Wastewater Treatment Works.
