Published requirement descriptionScottish Enterprise (SE) has a requirement to tender for a UK Consumer Markets database. The database must be an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution, hosted remotely and accessible to end users (Scottish Enterprise staff) via a website. The database will form part of a portfolio of research databases which will be used by Scottish Enterprise staff to develop and deliver services and to support Scottish businesses via the Scottish Enterprise, Business Gateway, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, and South of Scotland Enterprise agency channels.
