UKAEA is looking to form a collaborative working relationship with the successful tenderer to provide outward bounds residential training in the United Kingdom. 4.2. The Early Careers team would like the successful tenderer to provide a solution which includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Utilising current thinking, business models and theories to support students imbedding in a modern working environment
Equal focus on delivery and embedding learning
Builds in time to get to know UKAEA, ensuring the programme is tailored and effective
Can evidence the required level of expertise, knowledge and qualifications
Can deliver a programme within the required timeline and within the required budget
