Operational colleagues have confirmed that although a potential alternative platform could be used, this would come with significant drawbacks.<br/>In addition and in the alternative, as the only supplier of the product, the protection of exclusive rights (in the form of patents owned or exclusively licensed by CN Bio as well as trade secrets and know-how) under Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) would similarly apply in this case.
