Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Northants Police has aligned a number of departments under the banner of integrated offender management with teams working to support children, young persons and vulnerable offenders who often require additional services we cannot provide. We therefore have a number of different contracts with multiple suppliers who will provide suitable intervention and diversionary opportunities to support those in need. As the needs of those we work with grow in complexity, so do the requirements of the support and often there is an overlap in the services they would benefit from. This in turn can be confusing & overwhelming for the service user who is being referred to excellent, but multiple service providers who do not come with a joined up approach to address their needs as a whole. It is our vision to consolidate existing contracts to provide a more cohesive and rounded service. The idea of a “one-stop shop” provision would allow for the needs of the individual to be reviewed at the outset and the most effective package put in place to support them. From feedback from service users experiences and where they have seen significant benefits, we have identified some key services including but not limited to - mentoring services for all age groups, offering opportunities to develop themselves with structured sessions & guidance; lived experience mentoring to support the diversion of young persons involved in/at risk of youth violence; life coaching (for all) and job skills coaching for those seeking employment; trauma therapy/counselling for all ages. Northants Police, in the coming months will be undertaking market testing to further inform our specification and to understand the markets ability to meet these needs. This PIN aims to give early notice of our intentions.
