Published justification: For Clarity and avoidance of doubt: This Contract was published on Contracts finder and is being reproduced on FTS in order to publish a Reg 72 PCR2015 modification to it. you can access the original notice here: www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/245eb8d6-fdee… ↗ The reason that 'award with no prior notice' was used here is because using Restricted Procedure Type required the PIN code of an F02 notice. As this was procured on a framework there was no F02 notice this option was chosen as a workaround to Atamis (DWP's eProcurement system).

- Change The variation introduces additional service lines to the existing call-off contract under the CCS Framework RM6182. Specifically, it adds a new service line (referred to as OH19) that was not originally included in the call-off tender but is now required. It also extends the clinical delivery time for existing services (OH2, OH3, EAP10) to accommodate longer appointment types. The modification is within the scope of both the CCS framework and the original call-off contract., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The modification was necessary due to operational circumstances that could not have been foreseen at the time of the original call-off. Specifically, the contract has been varied to include longer appointment types to better meet service delivery needs. The modification is made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
