Publisher note: In section 1.2 it is stated that this procurement is a joint procedure. This contract is not a joint procedure it is a Central Purchasing Body contract operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the participants listed in section 1.1. The value stated in sections II.1.7 is the highest value in the following range for all lots combined; 0 GBP - 90 000 000 GBP, which has been calculated to include all extension options and accounts for a potential increase in demand and potential call-off contracts/ further competitions that may be awarded/ executed during the term of the framework agreement. It is not a guarantee of uptake or minimum demand.
