Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 974 active published awards; 798 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
NSS was commissioned by Scottish Government to deliver the vaccination solution for citizens in Scotland to be able to view appointments, schedule and reschedule appointments. The Scottish Government request for accelerated rollout of vaccinations means that there is now insufficient capacity within the team to resource all demand. As a consequence, team members are working excessive hours, including evenings and weekends in attempt to cover. There was an immediate need to have additional operational support to be able to support the immediate vaccination rollout programme.
