Published requirement description

This framework is a retender for the supply and delivery of Interventional Radiology products including Balloons, Stents, Drains and Evar/Fevar/Tevar Kits along with a range of accessory products, awarded across a total of 18 Lots as a multi-supplier unranked award. The consumable products covered within this framework are for Interventional Radiology and will utilised within this field of practice by trained professionals. The application of these products within procedures will be used for image guidance and minimally invasive techniques in order to minimize risk to the patient.

  • Recurrence: The framework is being awarded on a 3 year agreement, which will end approximately, 18/03/2028. However this framework agreement has the option of 2 x 12 months extensions which is the at the sole discretion of the Authority.

proceedings against the Authority after the Framework Agreement has been entered into will not affect the Framework Agreement unless

grounds for the imposition of special penalties under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 can be established. Otherwise the

remedies that may be awarded by the courts where the Framework Agreement has been entered into are limited to the award of damages.
