(c) Potential Framework Participant's Goods must meet the product Specifications in the ITT
(d) Potential Framework Participants are required to provide evidence that their organisation has taken steps to build their awareness of the climate change emergency and how they will respond

Economic operators should approach the contracting authority in the first instance. However, the only formal remedy is to apply to the courts:
An economic operator that suffers, or is at risk of suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session.
Publisher note: The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as Public Services Delivery Scotland) acting through its division National Procurement, is undertaking this procurement of Compounded Aseptic Medicines on behalf of all entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, (including all NHS Scotland health boards and special health boards), any integrated joint boards established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) Scotland Act 2014. The estimated values referred to in Section II.1.7 and V.2.4 cover the thirty-six (36) month contract duration and the twelve (12) month extension period of the framework agreement. (SC Ref:838075)
