Procedure rationaleThe Defence Digital Professional Services Team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), intends to place a services contract with Epany Archives Limited (its’ current provider) from 1st October 2022 for a period of four years, to fully manage MOD’s Digital Archive Service at a cost of circa £3.66M (ex-VAT) for the four year period from 1st October 2022 to 30th September 2026.
It is considered that this contract can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to Technical aspects (PCR 2015 9b) supported by the Repetition of Works (PCR 2015 9f) and Additional Works (PCR 2015 9g). Further, Epany Archives Limited own the specialist bespoke software. |
