Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 974 active published awards; 798 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThis VEAT notice is to advise the need for modification to meet the additional demands of the Scottish Health and Social Care sector during the Covid-19 pandemic (and recovery of services) to maintain necessary supply and remove unnecessary disruption from the Authority at this time in line with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Health Board Aroma operations have been severely affected by Covid impacts with most / all operations closed to the public. The reopening process and uncertain timescales have affected the ability to tender along with Health Board resource to be able to support. Tender process is planned to commence by end of 2021 subject to the Aroma operations recovery plan.
