    Please note, contracts have NOT been awarded via the procedure detailed within this notice for both: Lot 1 Liaison and Diversion and RECONNECT Services for Lancashire and Cumbria; and Lot 3 Mental Health Treatment Requirement Services for Lancashire and Cumbria. Lot 1 was the subject of a review by the Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel, who recommended the procurement either be rewound or abandoned. The Relevant Authority has now made the decision that the current procurement for Lot 1 will be abandoned. Lot 3 received 1 provider response and the provider refused the offer of contract. A new provider selection process will be conducted in accordance with the PSR.
