Agreement has been reached with Step One Charity and this negotiated procedure without prior publication has been followed and justified under regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) 'competition is absent for technical reasons' has been applied where no reasonable alternative or substitute exists.

- Change The modification extends the existing contract by 6 months, effective 1st April 2024- 30th September 2024 to allow for continued service provision and maintain patient safety. The additional value of the extension period is £587,283 and it is effective from 01/04/2024., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
