Specifically in all aspects of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) financial, governance and risk management processes, in compliance with statutory duties together with the requirements of all relevant Audit Codes / Manuals and any specific requirements for the ICB, and any other regulations or relevant guidance that may be introduced during the life of the Contract.
