ICT Solutions is a traded service, operated by Norfolk County Council, working within its IMT Department, supporting a number of education establishments with their ICT where requested.In order to ensure that education establishments, the Council and its corporate estate, and its partners have the opportunity to enter in to new arrangements when required, and that best meet their needs, we have let a framework agreement for network and data cabling requirements to ensure that the specialist nature of this work is able to be bought with assurance that the suppliers on the framework are able to meet their specific needs.Norfolk County Council has appointed network and data cabling specialists with experience of the following:
- working in education establishments, corporate and public environments
- working to the DfE’s recommended specifications for education settings as detailed in their publication ‘Meeting digital and technology standards in schools and colleges’
- working flexibly around the customer
- working around vulnerable people And who can provide staff who have a DBS check. Additional information: The value of the agreement above is the anticipated value of the Framework Agreement over its lifetime.Please note that there is no guarantee of work.

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).Proceedings must be brought within 30 days from the date of knowledge (the date on which the economic operator first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen) unless the Court considers that there is good reason for extending the period within which proceedings may be brought, in which case the Court may extend that period up to a maximum of 3 months from the date of knowledge.
