What is being bought
The auditors will be responsible for forming an independent opinion on the accounts and other financial statements and to state whether, in their opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the individual entities at 31 March each year. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with published auditing standards and guidelines.
