This requirement covers the supply and installation of two marine evacuation systems complete with the required number of spare MES units to support the vessel in the event of failure of either MES in service.

Tenderers must pass the minimum standards sections and Declaration question no 1 of the SPD Scotland, these minimum standard sections and Declaration questions will be scored on a Pass/Fail basis.
Where information provided in the SPD Scotland changes or the accuracy of any response given proves to be incorrect then the Tenderer must immediately bring such information to the attention of CFL, which reserves the right to assess such information and the impact that it has on the Tenderer's continued involvement in the Procurement Exercise.
