This contract complies with the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) under Regulation 32(5)(a) where the supplies can be supplied only by an economic operator for the purpose of research, study and development.
Olink provide testing and analysis of over 1000 protein biomarkers from small sample volumes (usually one microlitre). Sampling is dependent on the types of research being carried out at any point.
It is essential that the analysis being conducted is consistent and comparable with existing data. Olink provide bridging analysis with existing data sets.
- Review procedure
Any proceedings alleging that the University is in breach of its duties under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 must be started in the High Court of Northern Ireland, in accordance with the time limits set out in those Regulations. The University will not enter into the contract before the end of a period of at least 10 days beginning with the day after the date on which this voluntary transparency notice is published in the Official Journal.
Publisher note: The University shall instruct a mandatory 10 day standstill period commencing on 30 July 2022 ending at midnight on 08 August 2022 and will not enter into a contract until after this standstill period has completed.
