Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 6 active published awards; 5 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Utilising NHS SBS framework to find an insourced provider to deliver an experienced clinical team to undertake ENT, TNO and OMFS activity on behalf of the Trust performing from November 2024 until February 2025. Urgent clinical services are needed to address the rise in patient demand and patient backlog. Following a review of two suppliers from the NHS SBS Clinical Insourcing Framework, the trust was able to make an informed choice on the preferred supplier for a short term solution.
Given the wait time breaches and clinical risk, the trust dud not have sufficient time to run a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime, which is why a short-term contract (3 months) was entered into with Medinet Clinical Services Ltd.
The contract was awarded under the SBS Insourcing of Clinical Support Services framework, Framework Agreement Reference SBS10203
There are no conflicts of interest with the individuals who made the urgent award decision
