Coverage: 109 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The MAIT Hub allows agencies to pass information quickly and securely without the need to manage a complex set of point-to-point network connections.
The AVR Hub operates as a managed cloud service hosted in secure UK centres with resilient connectivity to ensure reliable and secure communications.
The NFCC and Home Office Project Team will support fire and rescue services in England to adopt MAIT.
The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) are leading on this activity via the NFCC Procurement hub on behalf of the English Fire Sector.
Following recommendations from the Grenfell Inquiry, the Fire Sector sought a supplier to provide connections to a Multi Agency Incident Transfer (MAIT) hub, with a messaging solution to allow the sharing of critical incident information between blue light control rooms.
The resulting contract shall provide for both installations of the connections to the MAIT solution for all 33 English Fire and Rescue Services (FRS) Control Rooms. This shall for both web enabled and fully integrated with Command and Control Dispatch systems within the sector.
The commercial model is a single supplier framework for all English FRS's to call off upon.
The Contract Value is the estimated call off contract value over 8 years.
