- Change An additional 12 month extension as permitted by the contract with an increased value., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: This contract is in scope to be included in the Enterprise Contract, however, the Enterprise Contract is unable to take this contract early and a new contract would not be in place in time to allow back to back service provision. Therefore, NLC wish to utilise the available optional extension period of up to 12 months, to ensure continuity of service provisions.
