- Change Due to unforeseen circumstances owing to the current coronavirus outbreak, we are increasing the estimated total value of this Framework from 60m GBP to 100m GBP. This modification is in line with Regulation 72 (1) (c) and does not change the overall nature of the contract., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: Due to unforeseen circumstances owing to the current coronavirus outbreak, we are increasing the estimated total value of this Framework from 60m GBP to 100m GBP.
