The Mid-Life MOT provision aims to encourage individuals to engage with later life planning through a holistic assessment of their health, finance, and skills, to be backed up with individual action plans. Suppliers would deliver the Mid-life MOT through employers and direct to individuals within three pilot areas within England; North East, East Anglia and Devon & Cornwall The service offered may potentially include: Creation of a holistic, tailored, face-to-face Mid-life MOT programme that is trusted amongst employers Delivered by engaging with employers, to allow direct delivery of the Mid-life MOT programme to their employees. Focus on improved later-life outcomes using an action plan.
