Coverage: 26 active published awards; 26 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Met Office is seeking to engage commercial real estate agency services in respect of the proposed disposal of the Met Office Exeter Science Park (ESP) complex. This project is to deliver the disposal of the ESP complex within the terms of the Met Office 999-year leasehold interest.  The main limits of the leasehold are that the owner must have a Science and/or Research basis for their work, and that the ESP complex must be sold as a whole, meaning we cannot split the DC from the Office space. To help us manage this and achieve best Market Value, we will engage the services of a commercial property agent with data centre expertise.
