Published description of the framework
The Met Office Academic Partnership Science Delivery Framework 2 is a closed framework operating from 1st April 2026 until 31st March 2030.
8 suppliers have been awarded a place on the framework, this notice is being published following the execution of all 8 framework agreements. A copy of the Framework Agreement is attached.
Call off contracts under Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 will be contracted under the Research and Development Terms and Conditions (at Schedule 1 of Framework Agreement)
Call off contracts under Lot 2 will be contracted under the Co-Sponsorship Terms and Conditions (at Schedule 2 of Framework Agreement).
KPI's have been set at framework level, details included within published Framework Agreement.

The Met Office will be hosting a virtual supplier event on Wednesday 25th June.
The goal of the supplier event is to provide potential suppliers with an overview of the academic partnership's science delivery framework.
The event will take place on MS Teams and the format will in the main be a presentation from Met Office. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session, and a briefing on the next steps.
