- Change Tempoary CV to add an additional 5 PICU beds from 25th July 2026 and 8 PICU beds from 25th September 2026 until 31st March 2027., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: This modification is necessary due to the closure of the Trust's PICU beds, resulting in a temporary requirement to increase capacity within Independent Sector commissioned beds. The proposed modification does not materially change the nature or overall character of the sub-contract and remains below the 25% threshold for cumulative contract value increases over the contract's lifetime.
